About The Bowfishers Of Nebraska Organization
The Bowfishers Of Nebraska (BON) Organization is committed to promote and educate sportsmen and women along with non-sportsmen about the sport of bowfishing and the positive effects it can have by providing local sporting opportunities, boost our local economy, and most of all to reduce the negative environmental effects that rough fish (carp) bring to our local lake and river ecosystems.
Each year the BON organization assists with a number of tournaments throughout the state of Nebraska. These bowfishing tournaments allow archers to help curb the cumulative effects non-game fish have on our native game fish populations as well as provide sporting competitions.
